Teaching Acting Internship

There are a few paid internships available at EAA. Teaching/Acting Interns are employed from the first week of June through the end of July. They have the chance to assist with teaching theatre and dance classes, help to coordinate Missoula Children’s Theatre week (July 25-30) and are needed in the organization and planning of a full functioning children’s theatre organization. Teaching/Acting Interns will be paid on a case-by-case basis. Pay will depend on class sizes, skill level, time commitment and other outside factors. Schedule is arranged that the Intern could get a secondary job. Interns will also receive a letter of recommendation after successful completion of internship.
Teaching/Acting Internship Requirements: *Must be 17 years or older *Must arrange an audition/interview with EAA Director, Ellie Alayne Livingston -To arrange an audition you must send a HEADSHOT, RESUME, LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION (from an educator OR theatre professional) completed Teaching/Acting Intern Application form and a cover letter explaining who you would like to intern at EAA to: 806 Leprechaun Cir. Basic Internship

Our basic internship gives the student an introduction to theatre management, and assisted theatre class teaching. Usually education and or community volunteer hour requirements can be obtained in exchange for the students experience at EAA. Hours are flexible, but will be consistent depending on EAA class schedule.
Basic Internship Requirements: *Must be available on a consistent basis from June-August *Must be available from 8am-4pm July 25-30 *Must arrange an interview with EAA director, Ellie Alayne Livingston. -To arrange interview send a completed Basic Internship Application and a cover letter explaining why you would like to intern at EAA to 806 Leprechaun Cir.
